Building Application
An application must be filled out and notarized before being submitted. If you have issues with the application online, please send an email to application@mscounty.com and they will email you the information you need.
A disclosure affadavit needs to be filed with the application to demonstrate that there is no potential conflict of interest between a property owner, applicant, contractor of other involved party, to an application and any employees or other relationships to MS County.
